Chausa Mango
Chausa Mango
The Chausa mango, also known as “Chaunsa,” is a premium variety originally popularized in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. It is considered one of the sweetest mangoes, with a rich aroma, juicy pulp, and almost no fiber. The fruit is golden-yellow when ripe, medium to large in size, and harvested during July to August, often extending the mango season. Chausa mangoes are widely loved for fresh consumption as well as for making juice, pulp, and desserts. The trees grow about 10–12 feet tall and are known for consistent fruiting.
