TREE PARTNER PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
(LEGAL & REGULATORY VERSION)
1. Nature of Startup & Program
Grow Up My Tree (“Startup”) is an environmental and
agricultural services enterprise engaged in tree plantation, organic
cultivation, and sustainability-driven initiatives across India.
The Tree Partner Program is a voluntary, service-based
environmental participation program, under which individuals engage the Startup
to execute plantation and organic cultivation services.
⚠️ Important Legal Clarification
This Program is NOT:
• An investment scheme
• A deposit, savings, or income
product
• A profit-sharing or return-assured
arrangement
• A land or tree ownership model
• A collective investment scheme under
any applicable law
No ownership, title, lease, tenancy, or proprietary
interest in land, trees, plantations, or produce is created at any time.
2. Service Engagement Structure & Fees
Tree Partners may opt for either of the following service
engagement plans:
Option A – Monthly Service Plan
• Monthly Service Fee: ₹1,999
• Initial Service Term: 24 months
Option B – One-Time Service Plan
• One-Time Service Fee: ₹29,999
• Covers plantation execution and
early-stage organic upkeep
⚠️ All payments are service fees
only, not deposits or investments.
3. Eligibility & Enrollment
• Open to Indian residents and NRIs
• Minimum participation: One service
unit
• Enrollment requires:
• Registration with the Startup
• Payment of applicable service fees
• Digital acceptance of these Terms
& Conditions
4. Program Objective
The Program aims to:
• Promote environmental sustainability
• Encourage organic farming practices
• Support ecological restoration
• Enable responsible participation in
green initiatives
Any produce-related facilitation is incidental to the
primary service objective.
5. Plantation Methodology & Organic Standards
• Plantation density and spacing are
determined solely by agronomic feasibility
• Only organic and natural inputs are
used
• Chemical pesticides, fertilizers,
and fungicides are strictly avoided
• All agricultural and operational
decisions remain exclusively with the Startup
6. Service Identification & Partner References (No
Ownership)
For internal tracking and transparency, the Startup may
issue:
• A Tree Service Reference ID
• Periodic service updates (subject to
operational feasibility)

• Do not confer ownership or legal
rights
• Are non-transferable, unless
expressly approved
• Exist purely for service
identification and communication
7. Contingency & Replacement (Best-Effort Only)
In case of unavoidable loss due to natural or
environmental causes, the Startup may, at its discretion and subject to
feasibility:
• Re-execute plantation at the same or
an alternate site, or
• Provide an equivalent service unit
⚠️ No monetary compensation,
guarantee, or assured replacement is implied.
8. Indicative Timelines
• Plantation execution: typically
within 90 days
• Cultivation maturity varies by
species and conditions
• All timelines are indicative only,
not guaranteed
9. Duration of Service Engagement
• Service obligations are limited to
the paid service term
• No perpetual or automatic
continuation is created
• Any continuation beyond the initial
term requires:
• Fresh consent
• Revised service terms
10. Produce-Related Facilitation (Incidental &
Non-Assured)
Where operationally feasible, the Startup may facilitate
access to produce grown during the service period.
• Quantity, quality, timing, and
availability are not assured
• Such facilitation does not
constitute:
• Sale
• Profit
• Return on fees paid
No claim shall arise regarding yield, value, or market
price.
11. Optional Add-On Services
Offered purely as optional convenience services:
• Tree Name Display: ₹299 (one-time)
• Produce Delivery Facilitation: ₹299
per year
• Digital / Satellite Updates: ₹499
per year
12. Payment Discipline
• Service fees must be paid within
prescribed timelines
• Delays may result in temporary
suspension of services
• No penal interest or late fee is
charged
13. Service Discontinuation (Not Withdrawal)
If services are discontinued due to:
• Non-payment, or
• Participant request
Then:
• Services already rendered remain
chargeable
• No refund shall be claimable as a
matter of right
• Any adjustment, if offered, shall be
discretionary and goodwill-based
14. Voluntary Exit
• Participants may discontinue future
services by written notice
• No entitlement to refund of past
service fees
• No penalties imposed
• Discontinuation applies
prospectively only
15. Transfer or Gifting (Limited)
• Service references may be reassigned
only:
• With prior written approval of the
Startup
• After clearing outstanding dues
• Subject to administrative charges
Monthly service plans are non-giftable.
16. Risk Acknowledgement
The Tree Partner expressly acknowledges that:
• Agriculture is inherently uncertain
• Outcomes depend on climatic,
biological, and natural factors
• No assurance of survival, yield,
quality, or continuity is given
• Payments are made for services
rendered, not outcomes
17. Force Majeure, Non-Payment & Automatic Service
Reallocation
The Startup shall not be liable for delays or failure
caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Climate variations
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government action or restrictions
• Legal, land, or regulatory
constraints
90-Day Non-Payment Rule
If applicable service fees remain unpaid for 90 (ninety)
consecutive days from the due date:
• Services shall be deemed
automatically discontinued
• Trees, plantation slots, or service
capacity may be:
• Re-allotted or utilized for other
Startup initiatives
• No further obligation shall subsist
toward the defaulting participant
• No claim for refund, continuation,
or reinstatement shall arise
This reallocation is operational and not a penalty or
forfeiture.
18. Mission Objective & Tree Adoption Framework
Grow Up My Tree operates with a long-term mission to
plant and nurture 10 million fruit-bearing trees across multiple locations in
India using organic and sustainable practices.
• Individuals may participate as Tree
Partners
• The phrase “Adopt a Tree” is used
symbolically, reflecting environmental participation
• No ownership or proprietary rights
are created in:
• Trees
• Land
• Produce
• Location or yield
All control and implementation remain exclusively with
the Startup.
19. Digital Consent & Communication
• Acceptance is recorded via digital
click-wrap or confirmation
• Communication may occur via email,
app, SMS, or WhatsApp
• Digital records constitute valid
proof of consent
20. Use of Service Fees
Service fees are utilized for:
• Plantation execution
• Organic upkeep
• Operational infrastructure
• Sustainability and environmental
initiatives
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
22. Final Acceptance
By enrolling, the participant confirms that:
• They have read and understood these
Terms
• Participation is voluntary and
service-based
• No financial return, refund right,
or ownership interest is expected or claimed
